installing your new 5mm light kit.
your chrome mounting bezels require a 5/16th hole.
i would recommend that you use a 1/8th inch drill bit for drilling a pilot hole. then use a 5/16th drill bit to finish drilling out your hole. sometimes you may need to use a rat tail file to clean up the edges.
then install your chrome mounting bezels. put your leds into place once the bezels are installed. then run your wiring to where you want it. i would suggest using double sided sticky tape to hold your wires into place. or you may use hot glue,silicone,or some other form of adhesive.
the switch you will have to drill out a small hole for the switch handle to fit through,you can then either use double sided tape to hold it in place or find some small bolts and nuts at you local hardware store.
you can cut off the 9 volt clip on add a servo style plug onto your kit. these leds are rated from as low as 5 volts up to 12 volts.
installing your new 10mm light kit.
these lights are very big!! the bezels require a 1/2" hole.
i would suggest using a 1/ 6th inch drill bit for a pilot hole. then proceed using your 1/2" bit.
then follow the rest of the install instructions from up above in the 5mm led kit.
